We’re proud to be working with The Poppy Factory, a world renowned charity that has supported veterans and their families for over 100 years.
Based in Richmond upon Thames, The Poppy Factory helps ex Forces personnel with health conditions into meaningful employment, offering practical and long term support. Many of the veterans they work with face complex mental and physical challenges, often alongside issues such as homelessness or addiction.
After becoming increasingly frustrated with their previous hosting provider, The Poppy Factory came to us to help stabilise and improve their website. We began with a full website audit, along with a security and plugin review, to identify key issues. Once the site was safely transferred to our servers, they moved onto our Turbo Hosting Package, which significantly improved loading times and overall performance. They now also benefit from our WordPress Maintenance Package, which gives them regular updates, monitoring and support.
The new setup delivers a faster and more reliable experience for users and gives the team at The Poppy Factory the confidence and control to manage their content with ease. It allows them to focus on what really matters, supporting veterans across the UK.
