Google Announcement

As of today (21st April 2015) Google will start to expand the use of ‘mobile friendliness’ as a ranking signal.  In Layman’s terms if your website doesn’t work very well on a mobile phone Google will penalise you and your website will show lower down in their listings.

How Do I Know If My Website Is Affected?

Google have created a handy tool to check your website.  Please note that it checks one page at a time, and Google ranks your website on a page-by-page basis.  So this means that you want to make sure your entire site is mobile friendly to get listed as high as possible in Googles listings. What If My Website Isn’t Mobile Friendly?

Digital NOW can help you.  We have redesigned many traditional desktop based websites to become completely mobile-friendly, and this has not only helped our clients to rank higher in Google, but also has given their customers a much better mobile experience. Which is becoming more and more important today as mobile browsing is increasing in popularity every year.

Responsive Website Design

All websites we design are mobile-friendly and are designed to be responsive across all devices. So your site should appear higher in the mobile-friendly rankings and your customers will be able to easily use your website on their smart phone, tablet or desktop.
